Sometimes it’s not about the catch — and our trip to Whitstable Harbour was a perfect reminder of that. While there wasn’t much action on the rods, we did manage to get some fresh bait in our grab nets, including fresh prawns, which always adds a bit of excitement to the day.
As with all our early posts, this is a recap of a past trip, so the details are lighter than what we’ll include in future posts. Moving forward, we’ll be sharing more in-depth tips, techniques, and all the little nuances that make each adventure special.

Even with a quiet night on the fishing front, it was fantastic just to be out and about, enjoying the sea air, the scenery, and the company. Sometimes, the best part of fishing is simply being there.
