At Tides & Tribe, we want getting your fishing gear to be as straightforward as possible. Whether you're ordering from elsewhere in the UK or you're local to us here in Whitstable and Herne Bay, we offer a choice of delivery and collection options.

We send UK postal orders using **Royal Mail Tracked 48**.

**Orders over £60 – FREE UK delivery**

**Orders under £60 – £4.50 delivery**

We aim to dispatch postal orders **the same or next working day**.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are in the hands of Royal Mail. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the service we normally use, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking information is available, this will be provided so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

We're based locally and are pleased to offer our own local delivery service to customers in **Whitstable and Herne Bay**.

**Local orders over £20 – FREE delivery**

**Local orders under £20 – £2.50 delivery**

Local delivery orders need to be arranged with us directly by telephone.

You can browse the Tides & Tribe website and decide what you'd like, then give us a call to place your order and arrange a suitable local delivery.

This allows us to confirm that everything you need is in stock and agree the delivery arrangements with you.

If you're local, you're also welcome to arrange to collect your order from us

Collection orders must be arranged with us by telephone before travelling to collect.

Please browse the website to see what you'd like and then give us a call. We'll confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time and location with you.

**Please don't travel to collect an order until we've confirmed that it is ready for you.**

To arrange a local delivery or collection:

1. Browse our online store and choose the products you'd like.

2. Give us a call on 07386 581 874

3. We'll confirm stock availability, your order total and any applicable delivery charge.

4. We'll arrange your local delivery or collection with you.

Our own local delivery service is currently available within **Whitstable and Herne Bay**.

If you're unsure whether your address falls within our local delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to let you know.

Customers outside our local delivery area can order through the website using our standard UK delivery service.

We pack orders carefully, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, something is missing, or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help get it sorted.

Please keep the packaging and, where possible, take photographs of any damage to the parcel and products, as this may help us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
